After these experiences, Mr. Allen desired a change of pace and founded his own consulting company with the years of experience that he has accumulated in the business world: Tour de Profit. Mr. Allen has been helping business owners develop their companies at Tour de Profit for twelve years. Alongside his role as a business coach, Mr. Allen is also a professional speaker for business owners, franchise groups, and business conferences about how to improve and maintain a small business’ success.

Mr. Rich Allen attended Arizona State University from 1973-1977 and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Then Mr. Allen obtained his MBA in International Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
While obtaining his MBA, Mr. Allen was previously the Vice President of the Human Resources department at Texas Instruments for fifteen years where he was in charge of employee recruitment, and business development. Then he became the President of Pella Corporation, a manufacturing corporation, where Mr. Allen led over 600 employees in product sales, design, and distribution.
