A Sticky Situation

This week in class everyone brought their display boards to school and we had a mini-gallery where everyone walked around and critiqued boards. Seeing the amalgamation of everyone’s work throughout the first semester was extremely rewarding and joyous! I feel like we have gone through so much together as a class and, I say this every time, I am so thankful for the opportunities and experiences ISM has given me. I am also extremely happy with my board! My main issue is that I need to figure out a way to get my name to stick on my board without falling off. The double-sided tape has been working really well on all parts of the board except there. I might use regular glue or even hot glue as an added reinforcement to the double-sided tape.
Next week on Wednesday we will have the much anticipated Research Showcase. I am mainly feeling nervous and excited! I hope that my mentor Rich Allen will be able to come and see my finalized Original Work that he helped me with. This week has taught me a lot, from staying organized to having confidence in your own work, I can’t wait to see what next week brings!
