Bye Spring Break!

Spring break is almost over! I wish that it would last longer but it’s okay. I have been making some good solid progress on my Final Product. This week I forced myself to sit down and really think about what still needed to be done in terms of my Final Product. I ended up planning for about half an hour and found multiple new problem areas in Euphoria! Bars still need working on. I got the inspiration from such ideas after listening to Mr. Allen’s webinar on Tuesday. I personally felt like it was one of my most useful webinars out of the three I have attended so far and I hopped off the call excited to put what I had learned to use.
During my weekly webinar, Mr. Allen’s topic of the week was teaching small business owners on how to serve customers in a consistent way. I learned about topics such as streamlining processes and how it’s important to explicitly state out the steps to a certain process because it allows each member in an organization to clearly understand the expectations and steps to maximize efficiency. I also learned more about setting standards and how this truly does allow for consistent customer experience. These are just two of the issues that I will choose to apply to Euphoria! Bars as some of their issues that EZ Consulting will need to help fix. My Final Product is shaping up, right in time for the end of the year.
