This past week I was able to continue working on my Final Product utilizing the knowledge that I learned from Mr. Allen’s weekly webinars. After reviewing my work on the product from last week I realized that I could also include a customer feedback survey in order to better utilize my consumers and improve the company for consistent customer care. After researching what other companies used as their customer feedback surveys, I began to create my own.

My first step was to create the initial letter portion, thanking the consumer for partnering/buying from Euphoria! Bars. I made sure the tone of the letter was extremely kind and appreciative in order to show how genuinely thankful the company was for the customer. Its goal would be to put the customer in a positive mood that would increase the chances of them actually filling out the survey. Then after that, I created three basic free response questions that would accurately depict the customer’s overall thoughts on engaging with the company. I feel like the only possible issue is that there isn't too much room to respond to each question since I wanted to keep the survey short and not overwhelming to look at. Regardless, I am satisfied with the way the form turned out and am confident in its abilities.
