It is finally Thanksgiving Break! I am truly thankful for all the educational opportunities that ISM has given me in the past 4 months. From networking with consulting professionals to improve my research skills, I have grown so much thanks to this program.

This week I mainly focused on finishing up my Original Work. Especially over the past two days, I have worked on my consulting plan for 6 hours! I have established a basis of how the project will look in the end. I also made some flow charts for my two problem areas: employee and sales. Today, I finished writing a hiring process with eight steps that will improve the fair treatment of all employees and improve employee efficiency for Euphoria! Bars.

This week I also read an interesting research article about the history of management consulting. Learning more about the history of consulting has shown me how important it is for consultants to have a strong foundation in the skills of accounting, finance, and leadership. The article also taught me a lot about the importance of international business in terms of management consulting. This article was definitely one of my favorites that I have read so far in ISM.
